Interesting Fact:  Sarah’s parents are extremely proud of their daughter’s educational achievement. However, she was devastated when she was unable to participate in commencement ceremonies due to the pandemic. While COVID-19 kept her from walking across the stage, it didn’t stop her from shining in class. During a final culinary challenge similar to the popular Food Network TV show “Chopped,” Sarah won the appetizer round out of 14 other participants for her mouth-watering coconut shrimp and dipping sauce. As for working in the Meals on Wheels kitchen, Sarah enjoys helping prepare food for local seniors. “The food we make is the food I would be making at home for my own family."

Favorite Things to Do:  Sarah celebrated her birthday by giving herself a well-deserved gift in the shape of a blue Toyota RAV4, which makes her smile from ear to ear.  When not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her pets.
